Rotary Gear Pump (HR)
HRI PUMPS offer Rotary Gear Pump Model "FM" (Rotary Gear Pump) which is self-priming, foot mounting type positive displacement Rotary Gear Pump.
Model "HR" has simple two-piece graded Cast Iron construction with single helical modified profile EN8 gears press fitted on EN19 hardened and ground finished shaft. Gear firmly supported by 4 nos. self-lubricated DU bush bearings ensuring smooth running.
Rotary Gear Pumps can run in either direction by changing inlet-outlet port position. Relief valve operations can be reversed by simply changing relief valve parts on opposite side.
Suction & delivery connections available from 1/2” to 3”. Operates up to 10 Kg/cm² pressure with 20–500 LPM flow capacity.
Designed to run at 1440 RPM, viscosity up to 1,00,000 SSU, and max temperature 200°C.
Reducing speed above 1½” size improves efficiency, reduces noise and enhances operational life. Capacity reduces proportionally with speed.
