HRI PUMPS offers Gear Pump Model “HRS” (SS Rotary Gear Pump) which is self-priming, foot mounting type positive displacement rotary gear pump. Model “HRS” has full Stainless Steel (SS-316) three-piece construction with investment casting. Easy to clean and maintain, ideal for food industries.
These pumps use SS-316 gears and shafts. Shaft supported on self-lubricating Teflon coated DU bushes and specially designed wear plate (Gunmetal / Teflon). Sealing is done using Teflon based “GFO” packing and Viton oil seal. Right angle mounting bracket enables base plate mounting with electric motor. Sturdy construction ensures long trouble-free service.
APPLICATIONS & SIZE AVAILABILITY
Used in Ghee, Butter, Vegetable sauce, Pulps, Dyes, Resins, Pharmaceutical, Chemical and Acidic industries.
Suction & delivery sizes from 1/4” to 2½”. Pressure up to 10 kg/cm², flow 5–350 LPM, suction lift 1–5m at 1440 RPM. Handles viscosity up to 1,00,000 SSU and temperatures up to 200°C.
